Using Scratch, a user-friendly visual programming language, students will learn how to train computers to learn from data and create intelligent digital applications that interact with the real world.
Why Machine Learning
Machine learning is one of the most demanded skills to excel in today’s digital world. Machine learning algorithms can be used to identify patterns in data, make predictions, and generate creative content. By learning about machine learning, children can develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills that will be valuable assets in their future careers.
Additional Coding Concepts
Beyond the core programming concepts, kids will also gain exposure to fundamental coding principles, such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity & innovation.
Are there any prerequisites?
Familiarity with Scratch is essential as it will be used as a foundation to grasp the machine learning concepts. Scratch is a visual programming language for beginners and kids. It is easy to learn and an ideal introduction to programming for young learners.
What Will Your Child Learn?
Students will learn the basic principles of machine learning and explore image recognition concepts. Instructors will teach them to train ML tools to recognize specific objects. The course also involves the evaluation and assessment of ML models’ performance.
What is the Course Format?
Our course consists of eight weekly online sessions, each lasting about one hour. Session recordings are also available for supplementary learning. At the end of this course, the child’s progress will be assessed before parents, and a certificate of completion will be awarded along with the assessment report.

Animal Picture Sorter
Students will explore the concepts of image recognition and training machines to recognize specific objects. While working on the project, they will utilize image recognition to sort animal pictures into categories.
Create a Smart Assistance
The project involves building a virtual smart assistant that can recognize their commands and carry out their instructions by training machine learning models for text classification and intent recognition,
Building a Chatbot
Finally, students will create their own chatbot and train it to answer questions on a topic of their choice. They will predict questions that users might ask, collect examples of how to ask each of those questions, use those examples to train an ML model, and prepare the answer the computer should give when it recognizes each question.
