What is coding in simple terms?

Coding is a programming language used to give specific instructions to computers to perform specific tasks or solve problems. Programmers write codes to develop websites, build software, or create digital solutions with specific functionalities. 

Do you offer multiple levels of courses?

Yes, students with no coding knowledge are first enrolled in level 1 of the scratch course. Once they get a basic understanding of coding, they are gradually moved to level 2 ultimately reaching advanced courses like Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Machine Learning.

What are the qualifications of your instructors?

We have foreign-qualified instructors with extensive experience in providing coding and robotics education to kids in Luxembourg.

What are your course fees and payment options?

Course fees vary for each course. You can find the fee information on the courses page. Besides, you can pay fees through Jazzcash, bank transfer, or online card payment.

What is the assessment criterion?

The assessment is based on the concepts introduced during the coursework. It serves the following purposes: 

  1. It enables parents to gain insights into their child’s learning progress, 
  2. It provides us with valuable feedback to refine and enhance our teaching methodologies, 
  3. It helps us determine whether the child has attained the requisite understanding and proficiency to advance to the next level of their coding journey. 
Do your courses offer any certifications or completion awards?

Upon successfully completing the assessment, each student will receive a digital certificate to mark their achievement in the course. 

Do you offer discounts for siblings or multiple enrollments?

To make learning more accessible for families and groups, we provide a 20% discount for siblings and a 30% discount for group enrollments of more than three children. 

What happens if a student misses a class? Is there a way to make up for missed content?

If a student misses a class, there’s no need to worry. All our live classes are recorded and shared with parents, allowing your child to watch the videos at their convenience. This ensures they can catch up and be prepared for the next lesson, staying in step with their classmates.

Children from which age groups can enroll?

We accept children from ages 5 to 15 to enroll in our courses. 

How many students are enrolled in an online class?

We keep class size small, enrolling 5 students per class.

What is covered in the free demo class?

The demo class offers a preview of our teaching approach so that parents can evaluate the quality of content their children will interact with during the course.

What is the average duration of each course?

Each course spans 8 weeks (about 2 months), allowing for one class per week. This structure enables students to effectively manage their schoolwork alongside their course commitment.

Do you teach any specific tools or platforms during your courses?

In each of our courses, we utilize various tools and platforms tailored to enhance learning and provide a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. Are there any prerequisites or required materials for the courses?

Our courses are designed to cater to different levels of learning, with each level requiring the completion of previous ones as prerequisites. For some specific courses, an age limit may apply. Is there a refund policy if my child cannot continue the course?

We recognize that circumstances may evolve, leading to changes in plans, so we offer a 100% refund if you cancel one month before the program starts, and a 50% refund for cancellations made two weeks prior. Once the course has begun, we cannot offer a refund, but we’re happy to accommodate your child in future course sessions should they be unable to continue.
