Welcome to our course terms and conditions page. We kindly ask all parents and guardians to thoroughly review and comprehend the following terms and conditions prior to proceeding. By enrolling your children, you demonstrate your agreement to adhere to these terms. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Code of Conduct 

To build a healthy learning environment for kids, all students and parents/guardians should adhere to the following Code of Conduct. Non-compliance with this Code of Conduct or engaging in behaviour that may negatively impact the atmosphere, fellow participants, or staff may result in termination: All participants should treat each other with kindness, respect, and inclusivity. Children must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by the camp staff. They should not engage in any behaviour that may endanger themselves or others. Participants are encouraged to work collaboratively, share knowledge, and support each other’s learning. 

Roles and Responsibilities 

Parents/guardians:  Are responsible for supervising their child outside of camp hours, including drop-off and pick-up times.  Should maintain open lines of communication with camp staff to address any concerns or provide the necessary information. Inform the camp staff in advance of any planned absences or schedule changes. Children are expected to: Actively engage in camp activities, follow instructions, and contribute positively to the learning environment. Respect their peers, instructors, and camp staff, and cooperate in creating a safe and inclusive atmosphere. 

Payment Policy 

Payment details, including camp fees, will be provided to the parents/guardians after online registration via email. Fees must be paid through an online bank account before the specified due date to confirm your child’s enrolment. Failure to meet the deadline would result in the cancellation of registration. For refunds, please refer to the refund guidelines (given below) and contact the camp administration. 

Refund Policy 

All refund requests must be made in writing or via email to the Organiser. Refund requests must include the Participant’s name, enrolment details, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund. Refund requests made before the start of the Program may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances. Refund requests made after the start of the Program will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and the refund amount will be prorated based on the remaining duration of the Program. Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events that prevent the Participant from attending the Program. Supporting documentation may be required to substantiate the exceptional circumstances and validate the refund request. The Organiser reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at their discretion. The Organiser’s decision regarding refunds is final and binding. The following situations are not eligible for refunds: Participant’s voluntary withdrawal from the Program. Participant’s failure to attend or complete the Program for any reason. Expulsion or removal of the Participant from the Program due to disciplinary reasons. 

Certification 

Children who successfully complete the camp will receive a certificate acknowledging their participation and achievements. Details regarding certificate distribution will be communicated at the end of the camp. 

Marketing 

By enrolling your child, you permit us to capture photographs or videos of camp activities and participants. These images may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or other marketing materials. Parents/guardians who do not wish to have their child’s image used should notify us in writing. 

Liability 

We take extensive measures to ensure the safety of all participants and their belongings in order to provide an enjoyable learning environment for kids. Having said that, the possibility of unforeseen incidents cannot be ruled out despite all our efforts. 

Parents/guardians agree to indemnify and hold the camp, its staff, and organizers harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their child’s participation in the camp.
